Delivery & Returns Policy
ALL deliveries within the local Klang Valley are available on a self collect basis or can be made Free of Charge up to 10kg. Any extra weight may be chargeable at the Sellers discretion but the Buyer will be notified and billed in advance of such charges to be incurred.
Local Next day delivery is subject to stock availability and excludes orders placed on weekends or bank holidays. In order to guarantee next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm. The delivery type cannot be changed online once your order has been placed.
Standard Local delivery (3-4 working days) is charged at RM 10.00 per delivery. Our standard delivery rate applies to local Klang Valley Buyers only. For delivery to anywhere else, please call 0122909989 and speak to a sales advisor as some products may take longer than 3-4 working days to dispatch than stated above.
All delivery parcels that require parcel shipping within Malaysia or Overseas are subject to parcel shipping charges either via Easy Parcel or Malaysia Speedpost and are subject to weight and dimension charges of respective Courier companies based in Malaysia. Buyers will be notified and billed in advance of Billing, for shipping of these parcels.
We understand that our customers are keen to get their items as quickly as possible and we aim to dispatch all of our orders within 72 hours of ordering.
For Overseas International deliveries we deliver via Easy Parcel courier. A parcel tracking will be provided and a delivery signature will be required on delivery of your order. Where a signature is not provided the parcel will be returned to us and can be re-delivered but this will be at the expense of the customer. Buyers pay their own import tax and import charges incurred as per the laws of their country.
The prices quoted on our site do not include these additional taxes charged which customers may have to pay to the local authorities prior to the goods being delivered. Kalamazoo Direct has no control over import duty or tax changes nor are we liable to pay any of these charges. Please check if these apply to you before ordering.
In times of high demand or high quantities, goods may be delivered in more than one parcel. You will be charged based on each parcel weight and dimensions.

We want every Triform eStore customer to be happy with the products bought from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with them, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your goods and within fourteen days of receiving your purchases. Providing they are returned in their original condition and packaging (have not been used and are not opened), we will provide a refund excluding the delivery charge and minus a handling fee. A return delivery charge will apply. Credit notes will be processed once the goods have been received by us; until they are received by Kalamazoo Printing Services, they remain your property.
Imprinted and special or made-to-order items will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
All our Kalamazoo products are warrantied against any manufacturing defects. Complaints or claims for refund/replacement must be lodged within 7 days of receipt of goods via whatsapp +60122909989 or via email to email@example.com or to the carrier upon Delivery. Goods must be returned to sender within 30 days with original wrappers upon notification for a full product refund or replacement. Again, please contact us prior to returning any items.
All returns must be made within 30 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
